it is normal. You have to get the approve of I-360 first, and then you will get the request to submit your medical. Medical has nothing to do with 360, they will need it to proceed your 485.

Contact USCIS, ask for status update, or also inquiry via local congress. If you cannot wait anymore, you can sue USCIS for a delayed case as a Pro Se. You will get a decision within 60 days. Learn more about it writofmandamususcis.weebly.com
