@dai m I’m waiting for 166 days already. My case is at Vermont. I made an expedite and they denied it. Later I made an request to Senator for help and I’m still waiting.

I am waiting for 221 days in Vermont center and the denied the expedite.

I am still waiting for 214 days now from Taxes services center

440 days and still counting at NBC then got transferred to Potomac 8 months at Potomac only.

@J B I didn’t have enough proofs only financial damaging and a loan to pay.

@Florina Kopaci I've read if you don't submit a lot of proof they just deny it. It's very unfortunate 😔

@J B I did the expedite over the phone and they did not ask for prove.

@Amira Mohamed I would get proof and bring it to your congressman office and ask them to submit the expedite. see if that works

@Florina Kopaci Call USCIS, I just got off with an agent that said Potomac center is working on cases dated March 18th 2023, so you can call and ask them what date is Nebraska currently working on compared to your receipt date.
