how long after uscis receive rfe
am praying for my blessings this week… I’ve been checking my account for the last 2 months it’s been 6months until a decision.. 3 months ago it was 2months…. anyone can explain to me… how the process goes… thought they said Texas is fast but it’s on a go slow

@Emmanuel okocha for the i130 the preparer forget to do the i130a and for the 485 they wanted the latest tax transcript just to see if the sponsor qualify which he is… and I sent in all that idk why they send back… after they send for the rfe they send an email for the i485 saying nothing is outstanding

nobody knows. a month or a year. I got approved 11 months after I responded to my RFE
