How long after RFE response for decision?
got an RFE during May and I response to it in beginning of July (medical). It has been 27 days since they update the status to rfe response have been received.
i contact uscis via website and got told they viewed it on August 1st. Yet still no update. How long do you guys think I have. Getting kinda anxious because my sponsor org just went through some changes

my office is NBC my RFE asked me to send the medical exams to USCIS New York office, is that normal?

@w o my case was in NBC and my medical was sent to NY. my case was approved the same week my RFE was delivered. Hopefully you Will have an approval soon 🙏

yes, but i am debating on quiting because it just been getting worse and worse. Been working 3 years already

I sent my medical to Overland Park KS. it’s been 14days now and still waiting on the final decision. my case was only updated to show RFE response was received.

@Cristina Ruggi last Tuesday, they updated my RFE recieved date again, showing date of last tuesday and the science continues. tired of refreshing at this point

@Cristina Ruggi have you tried to reach out to your congressman tho? I saw the rFE second date change after I reached out to the senator and the senators office reached out to uscis. not any major change but at least somwrhing

@T T unfortunately, no. They viewed it on Sept 3rd, but visa was out at the time. So i guess i have to wait until my FO get their visa allowance.

yeah, it is unfortunately bad timing. NBC took a month to transfer my case, FO than took a month to look at it, then it fall on Sept. @T T

my PD is also 4/2021 and is at FO right now. Hopefully we already have the new FY visa allowance by now @Qng Ng
