How long after RFE?
Hi fellow aliens! I got an RFIE on March 10 which requested the medical (and an additional birth certificate). USCIS received my response on April 8th. How long does it take them to make a decision? My category is #EB1a and here's the timeline (I already have the EAD combo)

March 10, 2021 We sent a request for initial evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.
December 1, 2020 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, were taken.
September 21, 2020 We received your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

@patiently waiting- the good news is since the 693 was asked to be mailed (instead of being asked to get for an interview later) is a sign of interview waiver most likely. Howevr that won’t speed up the processing time.what is the field office closer to you

been waiting 8 months since I submitted my RFE. no response yet other than they received it

I responded to RFE (693) more than 50 days ago and still waiting and there is no update.

@patiently my interview was waved I mailed it to Philadelphia may 12. I called them may 23 and my case was approved may 25 call them tomorrow even if it doesn’t make a difference

august 24th card is being produced, 25th case was approved, 26th card was mailed, 30th card received
