@F A @Mrkvica M. one of the person who I knew that, had pending 360 since December 2020 , got approval on Feb 5.2024 , got EAD c31 on Feb 21.24 , card was delivered to that person. Hope that help you

@Mrkvica M. honestly I don’t have an idea how that works. I believe we can apply for AP since vawa is approved. I also have a pending c09 Ead renewal and AP renewal. I don’t know what will happen now that they’ve mailed out c31 Ead

@F A we are in the same position. I applied for renewal of EAD c09 and AP and they approved VAWA so I have no clue what will happen with that AP. Lete know when you get yours EAD c31

@Mrkvica M. sure I will let you know. Did you receive your approval letter before the EAD. I used my lawyer address, want to know all the things to get from him when he receives the card.

@F A yes, you were supposed to get approval letter week after "new card is being produced" and the physical EAD card

@Mrkvica M. yes c31 is not valid for reentry. Hopefully, they approve our pending AP or GC soon. How long has your AP renewal been pending? I applied for mine middle of sept 2023, almost 6 months now

@F A I am waiting for the notice on where it has been transferred. what I have found out is that that the 485 file along with 360 approval notice goes to NBC where it will be checked for completeness and finger print will be applied and then they will also ask for medical send to nBC and then I don't know what happens

@Mrkvica M. I hope Texas field office works faster. what I also did is ask congressman to inquire on my status of 485. that way I know the status and if it's easy for uscis they can have the file moving.

@bobby garlic i also read that it goes to NBC and then either to field office or they approve you on the spot! you were allowed to send inquiry about your I-485 already? that's a great idea

@Mrkvica M. I hope they approve me on the spot. I mean it will take 30 days or more anyways to get the status update, so why not get the ball rolling. I have already started working on my medical. they said all the tests are valid for one year.
