@Ja R we found the I-130 approval under the documents tab so I think when the I-130 officially approved I’ll receive it for the I-485

@shelly d tomorrow is a holiday so I don’t think it’s gonna be earlier than Thursday

they sent medical RFE a few days after I-130 approval

I submitted medical in person and got I-485 approval 4 days later - this was during the Juneteenth holiday

how long after filing your I-130 went to actively reviewing?

@M D I received my RFE without my I-130 approval so that’s why I’m asking because my I-130 approved just today and uscis updated the status for my I-485 to response to uscis request for evidence was received on may 26 2023 after 4 months from the actual date

@Zhar KS 1st actively reviewed was on Feb/10/2023 and the 2nd was today I filed on Oct/12/2021
