How long after approval decision did your card produce?

I’ve been in approval for a while, should I be worried? I got issued the approval for combo card 2 weeks ago.

don't worry, it can take 30 days to be produced and mailed

I’ve been approved for 29 days now. I called them and they told me there was a production issue with my card and that they have started reproduction.
