how long?
I really don’t know what’s going on with uscis, I filed for my 130, 765 & 485 since June 2021. I had my biometric since Nov 2021, interview since Dec 2021, RFE sent to me since July 2023, RFE received since Oct 13th 2023, 130 approved since Feb 2022, 765 approved since March 2022, how much longer do I have to wait for a decision, I’ve seen a lot of ppl file a year or two after I filed and they getting approved, I’m not hating on them, God bless them, but I was just thinking and wondering why is it taking this long for 2021 filers to get approved? this process is beyond frustrating and very depressing, I hope it won’t be long and I hope we all get approved soon. Sorry for the long post, I just wanted to vent and share my thoughts & frustration’s with anyone going thru the same experience.

same thing here. filed since June 2020. interview since September 2021 and still waiting for decision .

my rfe has 8 days left for it to be 60 days. i dont see any movement on my case. I think it will be put on the side 😔 a lot of people heard back a week or even a month after uscis acknowledged the rfe. for my its been 52 days. i am really sad about it because they haven’t given me any updates on my work permit either.

I really hope we all get a decision soon, this is so unfair. I keep on hearing every case is different but respectfully “fuck that”

Filed in October 2021, documents accepted at December 28 2021, I got no interviews, no approvals or denials whatsoever.
They only gave me the work permit.
On October 20th they change status for i130 from whatever it was originally to actively reviewing.
It sucks.
