my I 765 took 79 days(card produced feb14) and I 485 been saying actively being reviewed since my biometrics Jan31st.

@Shae Long to know if it’s about to be approved is when they says that it’s being actively reviewed? you’re lucky! I hope you get you approval soon!! is your case in national center ? did you applied under CUban adjustment act as well?

@d ra no, I have seen a lot of people applying for this i130 but I have no idea what is this! we just applied for the i485 and i765. my husband didn’t have any documentation too and we applied together under Cuban adjustment act. did you applied for i130 even for the CAA?

we filed concurrently, 3 months ago so I filed everything. I130, I867, I486,I765. . The I130 is basically the US Citizen petitioning for you, his wife . It is at the National Benefit Center

I think so too, I think marriage to a US citizen has always been a little faster. I do hope yours comes through very soon. we are all in this nerve racking state together 😅
