you can ask Emma but even they said it’s waived it’s not guaranteed cuz Emma told us it’s waived but we ended up having interview.

@Catherine a just wait for it in the mailbox. when I received mine it was May 5 and the interview schedule will be on June 5.

you will know your interview is waived when they approve you without an interview. no way to know until they review your case.
