today I responded not receiving mails… tgen when asked by automated thing for receipt number I said I don’t have it. I had to do this twice before being transferred

I called today and said "reschedule interview" when they asked for case number, I said I didn't have it and it went "call us back when you have your case number". Then I tried InfoPass and they "what for" and I tried different answers to that, but didn't work. I'll call tomorrow and try "not receiving mail". thanks again

When you say infopass and it asked you what for just say for job and keep repeat that till it will ask for case number

I personally said “Misplaced my receipt number” then i spoke with a live agent .
