how do you guys stay sane while waiting?
any tips and tricks to stay patient and calm while waiting so long for case to be approved by uscis.
I pray a lot and it helps. I think staying distracted helps but immigration anxiety and stress is a real thing.

By refreshing all immigration apps and website 34 times a day 😂
No honestly, not much you can do beyond the normal stuff. Therapy, breath work, exercise, good food, good friends, socialization, time with the dog and the wife, nature, tea ….
Remind yourself that no matter what, this is worth it. We’re making a sacrifice that will pay off big time. It is unfair, and it’s useless pain, but it will pass, and things will get better.

Maybe it sounds strange but for me, planning for immigration plan B and C helps me to feel better. I hear very good life quality from my friends that they are in UK and Germany. I think if I rely only on one plan I will get stressed.
