How do you confirm the receipt of RFE response from USCIS?
Is there a way to know if USCIS received the RFE or not. I called again yesterday but the representative mentioned that case is already outside normal processing and put in a service request but I received an email this morning from USCIS stating that they sent us a request for evidence but yet to get a response from us. This is so confusing? not sure how to track if USCIS received it or not. But it was delivered on the 7th of July according to UPS tracking number. My attorney is getting angry that I call them everytime.

If it was delivered, you're all good. They usually do not update it once they receive it.

I did my RFE online and they email and my account changed for “Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received” in the same day.

I second what t Wilson said.. and I just got approved today! 1 week after RFE Received.. you should upload it electronically if you can.

#Tracey it's medical RFE and you're not allowed to open the sealed envelope. So doing it electronically might not be possible. Congratulations on your approval.

@AA I'm in the same situation. mine is LA FO. I'm yet to get a response from USCIS for RFE. Just try to chill when those anxiety creep in. We will all be fine.

Thanks people. @Amazing Sunshine nope, my attorney said they usually don't respond to 80% of rfe receipts.
