how can reach tier 2 ? any idea?
hi! I would like to reach out uscis tier 2 ? how can I do that ? when I called them , I repeated infopass. but they don’t connect me to tier 2 . any experience?

Say lost receipt number. you will get connected but might not be a tier 2 officer.
