My personal advice to you would be to contact an attorney before you make a decision and complicate matters because your plan wasn’t well thought out. it does not matter, you are a green card holder . you have the ability to do so.

do K-1 visa and then once she is in the country she can adjust status (you will have to marry in U.S) - rather then waiting on I-130 in her home country if you get married.

if she gets a tourist visa she can come just don't allow her to refer to you as fiance to anyone. in less than 6 weeks she can travel, get someone to send her and invitation letter inviting her to and event. it works

I-130 will take long…Like I said, apply for fiance visa and then while she’s coming.She’ll have to get married before 90 days bro !
