@ray Q8 not anymore.. I used this hundred times before but suddenly this week they updated their answering system and start asking why you want to make infopass appointment.. I tried everything else like others and expedite request but it didn’t work.. it seems that they figured out our tricks to catch live agent over the phone and they want to stop that so they updated their system 🤣😅😂
