How can I get Replacement GreenCard ASAP?
My attorney sent greencard via USPS mail and its lost, to make matter worst there is no softcopy/photo of the card. Based on the research I have 2options now - 1. Wait for USPS to find and send the mail (which may never happen, have raised multiple SR, Missing Mail request but no help) 2. Apply for replacement card (submit I-90 form, pay ~$500, go for bio metric again, wait for almost 1year :( Is there any solution for me at this point to get the card faster? or get a soft copy.. appreciate any help on this subject

one my friends lost EAD through USPS and she never gets back.

In the meantime you file for replacement card, you can get GC stamping in passport from USCIS office so you can travel freely.

@Vik R I am in the similar situation. How did you know that it takes almost one year to get a replacement card?

@NP - normal processing time is showingup as 8-12months.. few have got it in weeks and few waiting for years to get replacement card, so again its luck… did you file for replacement card?
