How can I get in touch with USCIS?
I did my e-request online right the day I got the notification that the notice was returned back to USCIS because USPS can’t deliver it. but after few weeks, USCIS replied back to my email that they can’t respond my e-request. I also tried to call them but they won’t let me speak to a live person. I also sent the letter to them for my request but I haven’t heard anything back. do anyone have a same problem like me? please share your experience!

@ivy le please follow what @O. D O said. just keep saying info pass and you will be directed to a live agent and explain your situation and I’m sure they will assist. don’t worry you will get it very soon. just stay positive.

vawa application can not do e request, you can communicate through your lawyer (you lawyer have access uscis email) , if you don’t have a lawyer, if is urgent u can make an info pass appointment.

@ Tom did u say vawa ap can't do e request it's written on my mail to do an e request if I don't receive Mr rfe a certain time n I did n got a reply that they will communicate in 30days

Till date nothing yet, all my calls, e request, congressman... nothing, don't understand
