How can 70% of cases be processed , but NONE of my bucket?!
Can someone clarify Lawfully’s case processing trends chart for me?
I filed my I-129F in May 2024. The “case processing trend” shows that 70% of cases for my month have already been processed. However, when I check similar cases filed on the same date as mine, none of the 15 cases have been processed.
Isn’t this contradictory? Which data should I trust?
