@Tu tu it doesn’t allow me to submit inquiry for outside processing time. i have tried 3 times to get info pass appointment but no luck in that too

@j l why they cannot issue a info pass appointment? did they require some specific reasons?

i dont know why. but they rejected my 4 requests saying it’s still processing

@Tu tu i reached out to mutiple agents, congressman and a immigration lawer too. all of then said that f2A and IR doesn’t affect the I-485 approval date. so it should be approved around that uscis processing time without any effect of visa bulletine

@j l As you 130 approved, you can try to ask congressmen for help. there is another girl 👧 who 130 approved but 485 still pending. she asked for congressman for help and just got approved today ! it’s also from our Houston FO!

@Tu tu I asked congressmen and they told me that they can help only if my case is outside normal procesing time that would be february for my case as I-485 was filed late in may 2022 only. When talking with an agent yesterday she told me that case is now in NBC but it was in houston field office for last 9 months. i don’t know what they are doing 😵‍💫

@Tu tu no. ombudsman are of no help until your case are outside normal processing time. i approached two and both of them told that i need to wait till it becomes ouside normal processing time. if it is outside normal processing time i can ask uscis myself why do i need ombudsman isn’t it?

@Tu tu I included the approval notice of I-130, receipt notice of I-485 only. i think its better to include previous I-131 xopy as well
