Household Size in I864- Affidavit of Support
Hi, Can someone please help me with this issue on form I-864? This is the scenario: A US citizen husband is sponsoring his spouse. They have 3 children, all US citizens. The husband has not sponsored and is not sponsoring anyone else. What is the household size in this case? Thank you.

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 thank you. May I ask another question (I know we are in the same position as we both make more $ than our spouses/petitioners.) The question that asks about the spouse’s (petitioner) income is followed by another question “income you are using from another person counted in your household size….”, can I add my (beneficiary) own income too? although the petitioner’s income is well above the poverty line?

@A Johnson my lawyer did mine and did NOT include my income in that question. I just checked. from what I understand your income is n/a. which is hilarious because I can’t believe being able to support yourself is not a requirement of a 485 but it is what it is.
