hoping someone could help on next steps
hello, hoping someone could assist on next steps and potential time frame. I filled for I-130 souly on December 22nd 2022, and have been left actively reviewing since August 11th 2023.
I’m pretty sure there was a 2nd notification of actively reviewing some time ago, however when I now look back at my case history I can only see the 1 notification from August. any help / advise would be greatly appreciated thank you.

When you say you da be only see 1 notification, is that on the USCIS website or lawfully?
For my case, I see 2 actively reviewing on the USCIS website but none on my Lawfully timeline. even though I have gotten actively reviewing notifications on my lawfully account

try filing I-129F for the K-3 visa it’s been known to boost the I-130 but not guaranteed….it’s worth a shot
