hoping for good !!
Hello all , it’s been 116 days and still the USCIS update shows case received. Iam really frustrated. my EAD and i94 expires on Oct 22 and Iam in c26 category. my husband’s primary h1 got approved. any predictions about how soon the EAD and h4 get the results? ours is California service center

hi CS, congratulations. How long did it take for the approval. Did you get both H4 and EAD approved together. And, was this a concurrent filing?

it’s concurrent filing and took 124 days to get both h4 & EAD

Thabks for the response @CS. it’s been 151 days since I have been waiting for my EAD. H4 got approved a month back. it’s been frustrating. I hope I get it soon.
