@Gabrielle C It will help. I was waitting that my case can be sent to NVC and on May 22 my husband become citizen and in the same day my case was sent to NVC and in the same day we got the welcome letter. So I hoppe your husband can get the fastest OATH day so you can change your case to CR1.
