so how long I get my I-131 Traval document? already 4 month . I submit 12 dec2020 for renew my Traval passport bcoz after 3 month my travel passport expire .. and expire date 9 March 2021 .. feb 13 uscis recvie and accepte my fingerprint fee .. and send me mail if they neend fingerprint they send me address and date for fingerprint.. but still no any mail.. I don’t know they neend or not. ?

they reusing my biometric or they send me again mail for fingerprint????

For that question, no one knows the answer. You just have to wait. They have been reusing fingerprints a lot though, even beyond the 16 months mark that they used to set for fingerprints expiration.
