@Lana P , since when are you waiting? did you send your medical? I am losing my life , got deep depression and anxiety . when is going to be end , waited 38 months to get 360 approval.

@Hope Hope For sure none of you has the same😶360 was approved in May 2022(26 months). After 7 months they asked for medical. I sent it. Six months later I got denied 485 because they lost it (they told they had never received it). Then 10 more months for 290 appeal that was granted( may be! they misplaced it). After! they requested new medical BUT we never received the request because they sent the mail to the old lawyer address even we filed G-28 with new info🤬one year before. The most funny that I called them twice in June! Tier 2 called me back. Nobody never said about new RFE. But in August I called them and that RFE ALREADY EXPIRED! To cut a long story short: I went to FO, they promised to resolve that issue(I told the officer the second appeal where is obviously your mistake is unacceptable) and call me back in two weeks. Nobody called. So my lawyer wrote the explanation of all that situation, took proofs and went to FO to give my medical in hands. They stamped all pages, called supervisor. But they accepted it. So far, for now that is it../

@Hope Hope by the way, the 290 decision and RFE were sent on the same date, but to different addresses🙈🙈🙈 That is the way how they work. So be patient, live your life, they will ask you soon.

@Lana P ; I tried to be busy with my work and life. I saw many people who were applying after me got their green card. Mine stuck in FO without any movement . Last week my cousin passed away who was like my brother, I didn’t have chance to see him and say goodbye.

@Hope Hope I understand you. I was in that situation and can not go also. And yes, life is unfair. Look how many problems I have only with medical. Trust me somewhere we win, somewhere we lose. You see here just stories, but never been in other’s shoes. I also read all of them, and asking why not me. But there are only questions, no answers. So just keep life going, everything will come on the right moment🙏🏻 BTW what is your FO?

@Lana P : That’s true. I used my attorney address for my mailing address, uscis used his address as mine , my 485 transferred from NBC to Baltimore, but Baltimore sent it to Charlotte FO.
