From my experience, you can go on the USCIS case online and see the history. If it says fees are waived, you approved.

when I see my case History it just shows
“I-765 Application for Employment Authorization”
I got issued an EAD last year in May the same status is there in my history!

@Alex B, unfortunately, my case has been referred to court!
the interview was good, almost lasted for 5:00 hours and the case was strong too, I got the visa and entered legally in the United States as well.
I'm shocked!!

@JJ Mir while you definitely lost this fight, you didn't lose entire battle. I can tell you all day how many ppl got approved in court. Depending what state you live, common option from prosecutor is to Freeze your case to avoid trial and offer you lifetime EAD. until you get papers by other means.

@Alex B I haven't received my letter yet, hope will receive it in a couple of days, I have checked in EOIR, and it shows my master hearing is scheduled in June 2025.
I live in Oklahoma state and my interview was in the Houston office, the court is in Dallas

@JJ Mir Those are one way courts on the south , I highly recommend you to move to blue State.
