hi! i send my hubs package 2 weeks ago! still no notice, no money withdraw, it’s that normal? or just I be concern ?

Yes. Mine took 3 weeks before I got a text message saying they received my package.
If it gets to a month that's when I would be worried and probably try and call them. Yours should be good, just wait till 3 weeks or maybe 4 weeks maximum.
