@Joël Mfunga Sadly the “your progress” tab isn’t normally accurate. The current wait time for I-130 cit filing for spouse, parent or child under 21 is 13.5 months on average for the Texas service Center.

@Joël Mfunga Yes of course I have hope. I’ve had hope for almost 300 days now but I think it’s important that everyone realizes that tab is not accurate and the average wait time is about a year. There are lots of posts in this app and lots of FB groups etc that you can reference :)

@Kristen B USCIS put measures to relieve the huckup in the Processing time since February, they engaged agencies who handle some parts of it , so since then things has being changing , the USCIS desk is getting free, though they still have lots on their neck because of the long piled up applications ..... they are trying to maintain 6months processing time if possible

@Kristen B USCIS Contracr private Agent who joined them in speedy up the process... is like recruiting more staffs but this time they only contracted companies who they call agent ... they do same thing witb USCIS ...... This is why you see it going faster than before
