@MUKHAMMAD AZIZ 🇺🇿🇺🇿🇺🇲🇺🇸 Have you contacted uscis at least through Emma chat to see if your case is still being processed at the Nebraska service center or transferred to a different service center? I just contacted them recently to ask if my case is in Nebraska, and it is still in Nebraska. I’ve seen a comment that has a link to it and says that Nebraska is working in November now.
