sometimes usics do not send it but its on their system. thats what happened to me one time i did not received it in paper. 6 months passed and i received a new one.

@B A why is it important? Many applicants does not receive a single one and yet they got approved.

since my process started back on 2021 I never received one. got approved in January this year. if you need it for benefits then request it, but you really don’t need it.

@Blessed By God i received my EAD but had to apply for the SS at the social security office. are you apporved!!!

yes I was approved from May 22nd,but still haven't gotten my EAD it shows where is was forwarded to my lawyer office from June 3rd,but when I emailed her the same she told me she haven't received it until this day,so what do you think I can do,because I need to work

@Launica one because prima facie is the only document that can help you not get removed from this country at this point of the vawa process should in case anything happens. even though people got approved without it but ideally you always have to be on the safer side

my primae facie also expire in 4th june but didnt recieved the second one not sure if its getting delayed now a days ?
