I have heard there is no long queue on California service center to process I-130, especially case number starting with IOE

applied for b1/b2 visa last June 30, 2020 then just this august 30 I was scheduled for biometrics..then until now no response from uscis

California center is not fast compared to others. My sister filed for her husband in 2017, she just heard from them, and they’ve scheduled her husband for an interview. so u can imagine.
