I would advice you to speak to a lawyer about it. Its very tricky and could get your application denied

@mert did you apply with newark office and when did you send in documents and get biometric done ? I apply June 30th and biometric Aug 5th have not heard nothing since then.

Just did n400 interview (33 years old) in San Jose. Didnāt bring anything since I wasnāt required to register for selective service. Interviewer didnāt ask for anything. So if you were older than 26 when you got greened you can ignore that.

I got the same REF asking me to show selective service. but when I applied n400 Iām alresdy above 31 year old and according to a letter from selective service I donāt need to show any record of that. so I just uploaded that letter and a written explanation signed. but I still havenāt heard back. is your case approved. ?

when I'm applying they asked me for selective service i said no, after 7 months I got schedule for interview on November 1 still waiting for interview but at the same time full it up the form and I sended my all i20 to selective service last week just in case
