Hi Family
I had received a Rfe(I-485) in July 2022 which I did sent the requested documents and got a response letter in August that it was received. Received another letter few weeks ago to do medicals which i have done already and mailed but haven't heard from uscis about the medicals shipped 2wks ago. My wife is a citizen, filing for me. Yesterday August 13, 2023, I received another RFE but it didn't mention any documents on it to send except I should send the requested documents with the RFE letter. Don't know if it was a mistake cus the letter mentioned no documents. Please anybody got an idea about this? very strange!! 🤔

did you send your evidence along with the RFE letter the first time? if you didn't they are probably asking that you include the RFE request letter with your evidence.

Hi @Mandy Thomson , I have an Attorney. Justed wanted to see if anyone has received such RFE. Very strange
@Sadi CW , yes my attorney did all of that & we got a "received" response letter/notice regarding the sent rfe docs

Does USCIS send a letter for RFE response. Mine was received 11 days ago but haven’t gotten any letter only update online of RFE response

@K C its suppose to be right here on ur lawfully account ie if it was sent. I also have a uscis account, any letter I get in my mail box, it's also in my uscis account

the first time you might have sent the medicals without an RFE
but with a deficiency notice and they don’t want it like thar
go to the doctor who did it the first time to do another sealed copy
