first of all you need to have green card to apply for Shengen. If you have - so usually they ask for hotel+ticket reservation, travel insurance, some paystubs/bank account.

You don’t need a Green Card for Schengen Visa. I just got mine approved for 2 Years on Advance Parole. @Lana P

@waiting game There is no Interview. List of documents you need is on VFS FRANCE 🇫🇷 website. Once you fill out the form and secure all the documents per the checklist you will then schedule an appointment with VFS for fingerprinting and submit your documents along with your passport.

@A T thank you but what I’m asking you is:what type of documents do they need? do i need a travel insurance?do i need to book my flight? do i really need a letter from my employer.? and the person I’m visiting is sending me a letter does the letter needs to be notorized? i watched a lot of videos,they got differents informations,that’s why im asking you these questions.

@waiting game All of the documents you mentioned in your post. I don’t know about the Notarized Letter as I provided them with confirmed Hotel booking from Booking.com

@A T thank you for answering it’s because im going to my family’s house,there’s no need to book the hotel.at this point they just need a letter from my people to confirm that i’m going yo be at their house during my vacation.
