hi everyone. please has anyone ever submitted a customary court degree and gotten a RFE, if yes, how did you respond to it. what was uscis response. I was only married traditionally from 🇳🇬.

oh my first time hearing this ,But since u are from Nigeria court would have been preferable,Maybe ask and hear someone share his or experiences

my first time to hear this , but u can go to court to declare for the wedding certificate if possible like affidavit but really I don't know

I posted this for everyone to have a better understanding of my question. there is a provision for marriage under native law and custom. I was hoping someone has had that experience with uscis

@Emmanuel okocha not everyone does a church or court wedding. once you pay bride price and do wine carrying especially for Igbo, you are married already.
