hi everyone. i filed i-130 on April 30th 2023 and just got approved today August 28th 2023. how long do I need to wait to get welcome letter from NVC? can anyone tell me please and thank you so much

Hey @A B, I received my case within a week, but I can't say that's the same for every application. The processing times for USCIS and NVC vary depending on the type of application and the current workload and many unknown factors to us.

I got my i130 approval 14 days ago,
and filled the I485 at the same time.
but nothing changed yet
filling in LA COUNTY

@Natali Y I got i130 approved after 120 from I filed it. I haven’t filed i485 yet. I’m going to do it tomorrow I guess. I’m waiting for NVC email
