for the ds 5535 lot of people said it’s resolved within 90 days some case take longer. no one can predict how long it gonna take just be patient and send inquiries to the embassy every 2 weeks

yes after interview just write ur name and the beneficiary name and case number and write a letter, keep doing it till they reply

@Hih Mi it went well, they issued my visa next day , my biggest concern was my wife - which is my petition - is in sana'a at the time of the interview but it seems they didn't mind, they asked me when you got married, when the last time she was in usa , do we have kids , what's her name(my daughter) and how old is she, did you decide the name for the next baby - because my wife is pregnant, then she took five photos and asked when they were captured

نصيحه للجميع دام الكل عربي هنا لا تكثروا بالرسايل للسفاره لأنها بتطول الاجرائات اكثر المفترض تعمل رساله للسفاره كل شهرين

@Ali Ali المده شهرين غير صحيحه انا لاحظت انه كل من كان بالمقابله جيد يعني مافي اخطاء وبنفس الوقت ادوا له اجرائات ما طول اكثر من شهر والله عاد واحد من زوجته جنسيه تقريبا قبل سبوعين طلبوا جوازه فعلت الاجرائات حقه اسبوعين ، يعني الملاحظ انه بتاخذ وقت فقط للي وقت المقابله ليعمل اخطاء او اسبباب اخرى بس قد طولت اكثر من ٣اشهر للبعض

congratulations @Ali Ali we had our interview the same day, you due to taxes but I was for ds5535. I doubt I’ll get an email but hopeful thinking. last update 11/28

@Montana A they asked me who applied for you, my husband, do you have kids, yes this one, is he a U.S. citizen yes then they took out the yellow paper didn’t even write it or anything they had it next to them all along. papers were good too. no excuses

This is the email i got after ds-5535 submission Our records show this case is still refused under INA section 221g for necessary administrative processing to verify their qualifications for this visa. There is no additional information that is required from anyone involved in the application at this time.
