if the receipts start with msc you will not have online access cod

@bj bj U can request for an access number if U don't have or the one U have have expired. My spouse never used his own so it expired, he had to request for another one.& USCIS sent it & he got it via the mail in less than 7 days.

@bj bj I’ve read that some people don’t receive the access code even if it starts with IOE, but don’t worry this doesn’t delay your case.

@JENNIE . thank you! but we tried that 4 times so far and they sent and email saying they can’t send it. When we call USCIS 8 times they say they will send it by email in 30 days and at the end every time we received an email saying they couldn’t send it

@bj bj USCIS will not send access codes to U via email. They will send it to U by post.

@JENNIE . so they lied to us :/ because 3 times they said will be send by email and 5 times they said my husband will receive a call from Uscis with the acces code. Honestly i think they dont know what they are doing :/

@JENNIE . my husband doesn’t receive mail to his house , so his address is different from the PO BOX he is using. do you think that can be a problem? Our lawyers says no but idk

@bj bj IOE is USCIS online codes, applying for & receiving access codes are not much of a big deal. When U request for it takes couple of days & U receive it via your mail. It will only be sent to your mailing address that U have on your forms when U filed your application. I processed my spouse's just 2 weeks ago & I received it via mail last week.
