we apply my brother he is unmarried my mom apply on her green card so my question is that how long it take time and 2nd question my mom go Pakistan stay like 6,7 months it’s effect my brother case

@reehan ali Because your mom is a green card holder she shouldn’t stay out of the country for more than 5 months without applying for a re entry permit. If not when she returns she could have trouble on the return. It should not affect your brothers case because his case is going to take a few years. How long she stays out of the US would also affect when she can apply for citizenship. Her citizenship would speed up your brother’s case.
