I’ve been waiting for my 485 since May 2023. there’s a few of us. I don’t know why though. my 130 was just approved in July this year but since yours has been filed and approved so long ago I’d expect a faster response. have you tried reaching out to your congressperson?

no I never try to contact. how can I do that? to contact congress man?

go to your local congresspersons website and they should have a link for assistance with government bodies. call the number and they will ask you to sign a release form then they will contact USCIS on your behalf and perhaps move your case forward. there are a million stories of how to do this on Reddit USCIS page if you want to do some more research @amy a

I’ve been waiting since March 2023, submitted both i-130 and i-485 together, got an approval on my i-130 in March 2024 but still nothing on the AOS.

I’m so tired waiting it’s been almost 4 years. some of friends got a green card in 4 months. I really don’t understand what’s uscis criteria
