I am also an EB1A applicant. I self petitioned it. Filed concurrent @ TSC on August 2022. My spouse received EAD on June 2023 and I received my EAD on July 2023. It’s total 1.5 years since I applied and I still waiting for AP/GC. My case is at Brooklyn NY now. Has your case transferred or still @ TSC ? Your family member should get their EAD within three weeks I feel.

exact same situation. I filed on 28th Dec 2022. Still havent received AP / GC. For AP, i submitted a service request. For GC, there is no point in submitting a SR, since my PD retrogressed

@Champ Boy The first SR I raised for my AP was not responded to so when I called them and then they raised another SR.

Nov 2022 filer and still waiting for AP. cannot raise service request as well since i am yet yo complete 17 months

@NJ Jha The processing time for AP is 9.5 months right? so, you can raise a SR

@Champ Boy that’s what I interpreted. I am fed up. There is no consistency. 17 months is the processing time. My AP took 18 months but no approval till now. Service request also not helping. What you can do ?

@S SS I think an immigration attorney (named Robert Webber) once had written a post on LinkedIn about missing AP cases which were filed in second half on 2022. I think we come under that.

@S SS How did you raise SR? the earliest inquiry date on USCIS website says Jan 2025 for my receipt date, that's insane.

@NJ Jha The second SR for my AP was raised by the agent. The first one I raised. Not sure but somehow it did allow me to raise it via my USCIS account.

thanks for confirming, i was told by emma agent to look after inquiry date and if it allows then raise SR. i checked inquiry date and it is Jan 2025

@A K TSC is the slowest. Now my case is with another slow FO - Brooklyn. More than a month they received my medicals and no response yet. Already 1.5 years since I applied.

i asked Emma where my applucation is and they said NBC but i should still be tracking my processing time by TSC right?

Same here. filed my I-485 and I-140 on Oct2022. Got my EAD 3 weeks after then got my AP May2023. Still waiting for the approvals of I-485 and I-140, whichever comes first. Hopefully, no more interviews in this kind of wait time.

@S SS @Champ Boy @A K guys do you have any update on AP. I see 250 cases approved or closed yesterday wondering if any if you got lucky. No luck for me sadly

@NJ Jha I have received my AP but waiting for my family members. All the petitions were filed at the same time but yet no response. approval is already past normal processing time. Where are you tracking those numbers of approvals

@NJ Jha no mine is still not approved. One SR I raised which passed two months and completely ignored. The other SR is around close to two weeks now.

Thats so frustrating. I feel like travelling outside amd refiling my case again

@NJ Jha Is you PD current ? I heard if PD is current generally they tend to not approve AP and rather approve the GC eventually. God knows what they do in general.

@NJ Jha i have not gotten my AP approved yet. I had raised SR back in Dec to say that the processing time for my AP is out of normal time. Instead of approving mine, they emailed me saying that its not possible to pricess within the normal time, and Ill have to wait for some more months. Kind of defeats the purpose of having processing times.

Oh god NBC is taking longer too.I thought its only Texas. hope we all get some good news soon. keep this group posted

@Champ Boy oh no. my AP processing time exceeds 18 months now. TSC says it’s 17 months in the website. How long you have been waiting?

@Champ Boy Nowadays NBC is also slowing down. 14 months for and still no AP approval is unacceptable for NBC standards I think.
