Hi All,
I have approved i140 form with PD of 02 March 2023. I have also B1 visa which was granted before filing my I140.
My question is that I have submitted two papers and conference is in July 2024 in Florida US. So can o travel on my visit visa to present my research work and return back to my country or Border control will not allow me?

it depends on the cbp officer interviewing you but as far as i know due to your immigrant intent by filing i-140 that might complicate your entry using your b1 visa
