our child case IR2 is aapproved from USCIS on January 2024 we got welcome letter from nvc on 15 January 2024. So we are now preparing documents to submit at nvc. We have not Documents qualified yet . Can we use 2022 ,2021 tax documents at nvc before 15 April 2024 which deadline for tax submit of 2023. as husbnad has not filed 2023 tax yet we don't want to delay case so can w use these two years documents 20 21 and 2022?

@H k Use 2020, 2021 and 2022. just need to upload 2022. then when u get ur interview date u need to update the taxes to 2023.

yes use 2022 because it will expire April then when the interview scheduled take with you the recent tax return and w2 if it will be after April but I hope you have the interview soon
