Hi . my PD for marriage based GC is June 2022 and changed it to VAWA on Nov 2022, but did not receive work permit till now . any one in this time frame received work permit?
please let me know the rough estimate

it depends if you filled the c09 with the vawa then you should be expecting a ead for the green card petition. this days ead for that petition takes up to a year and a half cause I filled mine in October 5th and got denied when I tried to expedite..

@Tom Cruse @Abdul Malik I applied I 765 along with marriage based GC application . so it’s c09.. it’s been almost 400 days .. but no response . 😣

i765 wait time is around 14 months, if its past that limit then you can contact congress person to follow up
