ANYONE DONE MEDICAL RFE RECENTLY PLEASE HELP ME OUT WITH PRICE AND DOCTOR IN ATLANTA Please 🙏🏼
I have I-485 /I-130 in processing spouse based. and recently I received Medical RFE and RFE is saying
Civil surgeons must use the current edition of Form I-693. Outdated/previous editions will not be
accepted. You can find the current edition of Form I-693 on USCIS's website at www.uscis.gov.
addition, the civil surgeon must ensure that all parts of Form I-693 were properly completed.
Please Note: All Forms I-693 signed by civil surgeons on or after October 5, 2022 must use the
07/19/2022 edition of Form I-693. USCIS will not accept the 09/13/2021 version (or any previous
editions) if the civil surgeon signed the Form I-693 after October 4, 2022. Therefore, the civil surgeon
administering your immigration medical examination must complete and sign the 07/19/2022 edition
of the Form -693
Reminder: Effective October 1, 2021, applicants subject to the immigration medical examination
must complete the COVID-19 vaccine series before the civil surgeon can complete an immigration
medical examination and sign Form I-693. This applies to Form 1-693 signed by civil surgeon on or
after October 1. 2021.
Please return the completed Form 1-693 in an envelope sealed by the civil surgeon. Including a copy of
this notice with your Form I-693 will facilitate matching the medical report with your file.
Important Warning: Only a designated civil surgeon authorized by USCIS to conduct medical
examinations is qualified to complete the Form 1-693. The civil surgeon must sign and date the Form
1-693. Signatures by a nurse, physician's assistant, or a doctor not designated as a civil surgeon are
not acceptable. You must also sign and date the Form I-693 when instructed to do so by the civil
surgeon. When appropriately completed and signed, the original Form I-693 must be sealed in a
separate envelope by the civil surgeon. The sealed envelope must be returned, unopened, to this office

how long doctors will take time to done medical? like 1 day or 2 day?

on the uscis website you can find uscis certified doctors near you. You must make an appointment, they will take a blood sample. They give you the results in 2 to 7 business days. You must bring with you all the vaccination history you have. many doctors give you the option of taking the vaccines right there in their clinics or at a county health center for a lower price or sometimes for free. I did my medical exam on Monday and they delivered it to me Thursday, I sent it the same Thursday and Friday it had already been updated that they received it. The cost of the medical exam… 200 dlls to 500 dlls depending on the place where you go

you Can give them a copy of this RFE letter, also you need your ID. vaccination record and the covid vaccination card.

I just did my medical a few days ago.
It cost $470 because I had been vaccinated for covid and influenza already.
I was only vaccinated for tetanus, physical exams, blood work and urine sample collected.
I’m to hear from them in a week for my next appointment .
I got rfe fr medical, Skol document and spouse citizenship doc.

my local FO is Kansas City.. how ever my cases is not at my local FO.. it was transferred to Chicago FO in mid September.. I got RFE from Chicago FO. I didn't get any interview

same with me dear I applied from Georgia but I received RFE from NY fO. and I applied for my 130 on May 15, 2021, till now no interview and no single update except from this medical RFE

I’m based in Atlanta but my RFE was from Memphis .

yes . my RFE response was delivered on Jan 10th. FedEx tracking. no update in my case status. next status was
01/18/2023 : I-485 New Card being produced
01/19/2023 : I-130 & I-485 Approved
Waiting for the card to be delivered.
