hey there, so I applied for asylum in 2013 I was 13 years old and after 10 years they sent me for an interview in April, but I got married in 2021 with USC and my husband applied for I-130 for me
and I still waiting after 2 years to get approved for I-130, my question is should I go to the interview and let the officer know about my I-130 application? or what should I do? pls help

You have to attend the interview. Additionally, consult an immigration lawyer to help you navigate the process prior to the date of the interview. Never fail to show up .

same here, got my asylum date in April , I m thinking to withdraw because If we don’t make it our case will be sent to court and we have to spend a lot money there plus our marriage based green card will be delayed

@kedell Pérez really? is it affirmative Asylum and which country are you from? maybe some applicants from another countries are those USCIS are talking about
