hey guys My priority date become current this month my priority date is 26 June 2020 eb3 unskilled when uscis will proces it ? case is remains pending since march I am planning to sue uscis

if your PD is current for 30 days it’s best to call USCIS and ask them about it!

You can expedite your I-485 through Emma on the USCIS website. Just make sure to give very good reasons why your case should be expedited. USCIS will approve your request if you are experiencing financial hardship or other humanitarian reasons

You can sue USCIS on your own, especially if you cannot afford attorney, and much cheaper, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Youtube "writ of mandamus pro se"
