hey guys my husband case has been sent by the embassy back to uscis. what do I need to do at this sta. how long will it take for them to send the case back to the embassy. CR1 case

6 to 12 months or more the only thing you can do is wait for it to be returned to uscis ceac will update when it does. im waiting on my case to be sent back the best thing you can do is prepare evidence for a noir , if your case is not returned after 6 months i would contact uscis or have the US citizen contact congressman or senator to follow up on case
